Jay,I am surprised that with all the conflict in the "SF The Citadel " tribe that you didn't offer any assistance in conflict resolution, I think with all your experience you could have made a diffrence.
Although I am not well known in the comunity as you are,and the damage has already been done, I think it could have been vary helpful

Hi Carrie,
Actually, doing so was on my mind, but my intention was to wait a few days to give things a chance to de-escalate a bit before making the offer, particularly given that neither "side" had requested my assistance. However, for better and/or for worse, within that few days the entire matter "resolved" itself, so it seems like a moot point now. Let's see if future developments offer any possibilities.

I've been keeping cool, focusing on principles and ethical practice not people to keep my perspective, however, I can see that there are many people who don't share my perspective and have no sense of principles when it comes to ethical practice.
Now I know I Havent cornered the market on perspective, principles or ethical practice, yet you don't have to live in a barn to know what B-S is.
I posted a link to this tribe on their SF The Citadel tribe and I hope it encourages people to raise issues here in this arena, it could be kind of like stepping outside the "SF The Citadel" to discuss things when there is a conflict, what a concept!

II think both Phil and I have mentioned that we apreciate the fact that he started the Citadel Tribe .. I hate to think that friendships here might be unsolvable.. I dont know Hans very well but i've always liked him very much when he's visited the Citadel.. I do know Carrie slightly better and I've enjoyed sharing conversations with her in the past .. I'd be willing to sit down and talk.
